Cannot edit products and many other options

The same is happening to me.

The main data of each product is not possible to change. I can’t change between tabs of general, inventory, related products, variations, attributes, prices and advanced is imposibles to

how can we fix this? Its chaotic to not been able change products characteristics.

Hey there!

A lot of the notices from the console are nothing to worry about.

There are 2 that need to addressed. It looks like you have some kind of Google Maps calls, but your keys are not correct.

Also of worry is the Divi Builder plugin errors you are seeing.

WordPress 5.5 has some changes to jQuery that some plugins were not ready for. These plugin conflicts can cause issues like you are seeing. I would start with disabling the Divi plugin and then going from there to other plugins if that does not solve the issue.

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

We’re running WooCommerce 4.3.2 and updated to WordPress 5.5 recently and now experience the same problems. Editing a product will not allow us to click any of the Product data headings such as General, Inventory, Shipping, etc.

There looks to be many, many forum posts about problems with WooCommerce after the WordPress 5.5 update is installed.

Deprecated theme and plugin Java Script is causing the issue. Installing the official WordPress Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin restores functionality.

I rolled back to 5.4.2 and all is good. Divi is the latest version and I hope that the fix will come with a future update

Same problem here. I deactivated everything but Woocommerce and the official WordPress Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin. No use.
I have updated EVERY update too. Cleared cache. Tried with a new product.

@coes123 this does sound like a theme or plugin conflict.
I see that you have deactivated all plugins already and that has not fixed the issue.
Please confirm that you have tested using a default theme as well.
You will need to test using a default theme and with only WooCommerce and the WordPress Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin active.

Please ensure everything is updated, and if you’re still seeing a similar problem – run through a conflict test. Reach out again if WooCommerce is the cause of that conflict.
