Cannot edit profile user

    Hello, i got issue when my users want to edit their profile, nothing showed up in profile page, they want to edit custom field, please check my video for the detail, thank you

    Does this issue occur with a default WP theme?

    Yes, i’m using default WP theme, but i’m using elementor too for the homepage and using elementor canvas for the default template page for user page.

    Does this issue produces any javascript error in the browser console on the page where it has the issue? Could you please check?
