Cannot edit store/add new

  • Hi,
    I am trying to add new stores but when I click “new store” the page doesn’t load and stays blank. Also a store that I added through another plugin “sheet editor” that we have on our website, I cannot edit it, the same thing happens, the screen stays white.
    I tried to deactivate this sheet editor plugin but that didn’t help.

    Any ideas? Thanks a lot.

    Does this behaviour also happen when you try to create a regular WordPress blog post? Because the stores that are created with Wp Store Locator are nothing but regular posts with some custom metadata. So if the blank screen is happening with the stores, chances are it is also happening with other posts.

    Please let us know so we can rule out some misconfiguration of your WordPress backend.

    Hi, I have the same issue, also when trying to create a regular new Page.

    How to solve this?

    I found the issue: I just had to delete the cache of my browser.
