Cannot edit user profiles

Hi! I’m new to this plugin and while enabling a few suggested options, I’m not really sure what I did wrong but now I cannot edit user profiles including my own even as an admin (the Update User button is not usable). I am using Woocommerce and my personal profile also seems to have been “transferred” (overwritten) to all users in my website (except the billing info).

I retracted the changes I made in this plugin and even deactivated but the problem persist. Hoping for a bit of help here, I’m really lost. Thank you!
