    Hi,
I would like to jump in where this ticket https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/can-not-change-the-contact-data/ ended.

I have the same issue where I cannot edit the Website information on a duplicated site like I can on a brand new (complianz) installation. Most probably after the initial setup, you no longer show the website owner, email, address and only keep the Country in a dropbox.

We often need to duplicate sites for different schools and instead of going through the whole complianz setup, we only need to change the website information. Would it be possible to keep that info editable even after the initial wizard has been completed?

UPDATE: I’ve just did a plugin reset (under settings) and started the Wizard again. In the Website information tab, there is still only the country selection, where it used to also ask for website owner, phone, email.

This means the generated cookie policy now ends with:

    Hi @puregraphx,

These fields are hidden if you set the Cookie Policy document to “No document” instead of “Generated by Complianz” under Wizard > General > Documents.

Can you check if it’s set to “Generated by Complianz”?

the plugin is set to use the cookie policy generated by Complianz.

Ok, I need to switch from custom page to generated by complianz and back to ‘trigger’ the other Website information fields.

    Hi @puregraphx,

This: “Ok, I need to switch from custom page to generated by complianz and back to ‘trigger’ the other Website information fields.”

I think it should be the other way around?

Otherwise, this makes sense, as the fields are only available when generated with Complianz.

As long as the page is generated with Complianz (the setting as well). The fields are available forever.

    regards Aert

    Correct. I switched my reasoning.

As long as switching back and forth solves the issue, I can consider this issue fixed.
