Hi @shenalorlof, thanks for getting in touch.

I’d definitely have expected Learning Mode to resolve this one before seeing your console log, as it’s quite common for site builder plugins to have their requests blocked as false-positives.

However, your console is returning a 500 error on admin-ajax whereas it would be a 403 if Wordfence was intentionally blocking it. We’ve seen memory limits cause this issue in the past with Elementor as a fatal PHP memory error returns a 500 error.

If this is not the result of limits set by your host or server-side firewalls/rate limiters, from looking at your diagnostic it seems possible that the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT that is set to 40M currently should be increased to 128M or 256M in wp-config.php. WooCommerce (as a common example) recommend 64M minimum, so if you have many hits on the site at once, this current limit of 40M could be reached fairly easily. Your PHP memory_limit value is already set high enough to accommodate this change.

Let me know how you get on!

    Peter.

We experienced the same issue. It was caused by activating 2FA login. Deactivating stopped the reload loop.

    Hi @gimpus,

Did re-activating 2FA directly prevent the Elementor widgets panel from being stuck loading in this way?

    Peter.

Reactivating seems to have solved the reloading

Thanks for your feedback @gimpus. I will look into this with the development team to see if we can find a correlation between the features but glad this is resolved for you.

    hi there,
i have the same problem…even if i select Learning Mode , i can not edit with elementor. Still same 403 error access forbidden.
