    Hi,

    I have successfully connected and integrated Stripe on my website built on www.ads-software.com. I went through the test mode with no problem but when I enabled the live mode, at checkout page, I cannot enter the card information. The card number, exp date and CVC fields are not input fields, like I see the title of the fields but there is no field to type in. I have doubled check all the keys to make sure they’re accurate in live mode so that’s not the problem.

    Hey there!

    I took a look at your checkout page, and it seems there’s something that is stopping the Stripe Elements from being able to load the fields. With Stripe, the fields themselves are loaded from Stripe.js which means that things that mess with JavaScript on your site, including plugins and themes, can prevent the fields from being able to load.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

    The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
