    Thanks for the message.

    I’d be happy to look into this for you.

    These issues might be best fixed if I can have direct access to your FTP.

    I have seen in the past that users with large entries, using shared hosting, have an issue exporting large entry lists (the server can’t cope).

    I’m not sure why there is a difference between entry counts – would need to look into the database to confirm 13,000 entries is the correct number.
