Cannot export Nextgen Gallery Images

I get an error when I try to export my WordPress site. I have narrowed this down to the option ‘NextGEN Gallery – Image’ which I assume is trying to export the ‘wp_ngg_pictures’ table.
The error when I just select that table is a ‘Page not found’ at the following URL

All other selections export successfully.
I have increased memory and upload limits, cleared the cache, downgraded WordPress from 4.9.5 to 4.8.6, rolled back Nextgen Gallery from 2.2.54 to 2.2.46, optimized the databases and scoured the internet for similar problems. I have run out of ideas to fix the problem.
I am using the dreamposters URL to test prior to moving my website to its correct position.
I have two additional problems, but I have no idea if they are related:
1. I cannot select the Visual editor in posts and pages
2. Some images will not create thumbnails in NextGen Gallery, eg the very last image at https://www.stainsbyte.dreamhosters.com/spain-africa-2016/kenya/ambesoli-and-mount-kilimanjiro-i-think/
