Cannot figure how to change this text color

I’m using the mailchimp plugin to insert this subscribe form to the site. I’ve been using firebug to try to locate the file that has the code I need to change, and for some reason I cannot get to the right place. I want the text in the form boxes to be white, and I’d like to know what I have to change to get the form box borders a different color.

So I need to find out where in my install, I need to change the code. I just cannot find the file. Hopefully someone has a better way, or knows how to use firebug better than me.
