Cannot Find a Simple Order Form Plugin to do what I want

I’m trying to make a simple order form for my video transfer website. I just want a single form that the customer has to fill out that will have their name, address, phone, etc. – like a typical contact form, but I also want it to calculate the total costs for how many VHS, Digital 8, etc. that they want to have transferred. After this the form would be emailed to me. I started it hoping that the plugin, ‘contact form 7’ would do the trick, but i cannot input or calculate pricing.
