Cannot find cache

    Even though I installed Litespeed cache, my site performance did not change at all. In the site health section, there is a warning that no cache is found on the site. Litespeed cache plugin is active and its settings have been made :

    Page caching improves your site’s speed and performance by saving and serving fixed pages instead of searching for a page each time a user visits.

    To search the page cache, it looks for an active page caching plugin and checks for the presence of one or more of the following HTTP client caching response headers after three requests to the home page:

    cache-control, expires, age, last-modified, etag, x-cache-enabled, x-cache-disabled, x-srcache-store-status, x-srcache-fetch-status.

    Median server response time was 2,321 milliseconds. The recommended threshold value should be less than 600 milliseconds. The client caching response header was not encountered. A page caching plugin was not detected.

    please provide the report number

    you can get it in toolbox -> report -> click “send to LiteSpeed”

    this looks like server-side conf issue , that didn’t properly configure the cache directory

    have you checked with the hosting provider ?
