Cannot find place

  • Hello,

    I’ve installed the widget, entered a google places api key, and am now trying to find my place. The first time I entered my business (Hobby Crest Resort) it popped up just fine. I configured it the way I wanted and hit save. I checked my website and it gave the error that I need a google place ID. I went back into the widget and now it says it can’t find Hobby Crest Resort and to use a place ID. I found the place ID (ChIJzdEgFUQWHIgRRZK0EJmMQ3c) and entered it. It now doesn’t give an error or anything. Nothing seems to be working. What are the next steps for troubleshooting?

    I’d like to add that now it can’t find any businesses. Every one that I enter tells me that it can’t find a place ID.

    Hi,

    Google has changed the Places API and now this is limited to 1 request per day for new accounts, we have changed the plugin according to this limitation.

    Please try test the latest version of the plugin.
