• Hi,

    UPDATE: You can read the replies but the problem was mine, not the plugin.

    =========================================================
    I gave it four stars and not one because I must be missing something.

    Anyway, when I go to settings OA there is a help page there but no settings. The strange thing is I’ve used this plugin before and could find settings. I’m running 4.9.8. I would include a screenshot but don’t see a way to do that.

    Vincent

    Seems im running an outdated version of php so I can’t use it. Updated my rating to five stars since the plugin has always worked in the past.

    I think this would be better for a support request instead of a review. Which version of PHP are you using? If you’re running 5.5 or lower, you should switch to 7 or higher. Anything below 7 isn’t receiving security updates anymore anyway.

    Yea I am running less than 7 but if I upgrade i’d have a lot of work to do. So for now I just won’t use the plugin. It runs but just can’t get the settings page. My pages still try to use it. Thanks anyway

    And if you upgrade to 5.6? You should be okay at 5.6, perhaps even 5.5…

    I am running 5.4. I’ll check into upgrading it some. It’s odd the way it’s acting. It seems to be running but I just can’t control it because of no settings.

    Thanks

    Hi again,

    I upgraded my PHP to 5.6 and the plugin works fine now.

    Thanks for telling me about 5.6. The other day I tried to upgrade a server to the current version. I could never find PHP modules that matched the version. Wasted a whole day on that. So I did not want to try to go to version 7 right now on this server. Yet, 5.6 was an easy upgrade.

    I’ll update my original post to be clear there was nothing wrong with the plugin.

    Thanks again,
    Vincent
