Cannot find the list of users on pages

    I installed Publishpress Permissions, and I wanted to add an edit right to a specific user on a specific page.

    But I cannot find the list of my users on that page, all pages have this problem.

    No users are displayed and it says: “No access customizations stored.”

    Use the native editor that comes with WordPress. The version of the WordPress is 5.5.1
