• Today I found I cannot set my blog title background image.
So weird that 5 days ago, I was successfully setting the title background image. But now I cannot find the related setting parameters.

Here is how I normally do it:
Dashboard – Post – add new – OceanWp Setting – Title

Now I only have following setting to work with:
    1. Display Page Title
    2. Display Heading
    3. Custom Title
    4. Subheading
    5. Title Style (when clicking on it, nothing shows except “no results found”)

In the past I was allowed to choose title style as background image and also set the height of that image. But now, I failed to find those setting. Does anyone know why?
    Thanks

  • Hello @packel
It will help if we had more details from you.
I am thinking this may have to do with your theme.
What is the name of your theme? Did you update it recently?
What version is your WordPress installation? Is it self-hosted?

@daydah yes,I was thinking it was due to problem from my theme. I use OceanWP. Updated these days. My wordpress verions is 5.2
I do not know how to fix it. Reinstall the theme? Will it change my website contents?

    Thank you

@daydah And it is hosted in siteground.

Perhaps the latest OceanWP update may not have been compatible with WordPress 5.2. Siteground should have a regular backup facility for you.
If yes, I suggest that you ask them to roll back your site to a day before you updated the theme.
