Cannot find where to put Google Adsense HTML code

    I am having a really hard time trying to figure out where to put the Google Adsense HTML code into the Kale Pro theme.

    This is not a code for ads yet. It’s just the code I need to put on the site for them to review it. It says to put my code between the <head> and </head> tags but I’m not sure how to do this.

    Can someone please help?
