• Paying customer here and I can’t fully migrate my podcast to Castos. I’ve done it twice and it always starts from August 2020 and works it way back. Everything episode after is completely skipped over.

    I’ve reached out to support multiple times but have not gotten a response to my issue. Can I please get this fixed?

    @kjam For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site.
    This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums.
    I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
