Cannot get access to dashboard

Hello. I own a www.ads-software.com site for a blog I was going to start but have decided against it in the meantime. I was going to start hosting my other pre-existing WordPress.com site on www.ads-software.com anyways someday, so I decided to just put my pre-existing WordPress.com site in its place and save money. I have moved all content and everything is essentially ready to go, but when I changed the web address in the settings of the www.ads-software.com site to match my WordPress.com site so that traffic will go to the .org site, it now automatically takes me to my WordPress.com dashboard and I can no longer access my www.ads-software.com dashboard to finish setting it up. It’s as if the www.ads-software.com site never existed, but the “maintenance mode” plugin I activated while I was working on it still works, so the site is there somewhere. I just can’t get to it. Whenever I put in the old website admin URL, it just pushes me into the WordPress.com site.
