    hi all,

Added this on a blog page and essentially I only want it to show a summary until it is clicked on then the reader can read the full blog. All the “summary” parts are ticked and saved, cleared cache but it’s still showing the full blogs on one page, any ideas?

Also at the top of each blog post page, it’s showing an image of something I don’t want and it’s in the branding HTML tags but I cannot find how to change it, only got the standard version not the pro and I wasn’t sure if this was something you could only change in the pro version?

    Thanks
    Rob

    Hello @redrobotsystems

Glad to know that you are using one of our product – Blog Designer plugin with your WordPress website.

I have checked your support query and noticed that you want to display post summary instead of the full post content with the plugin.

So, please follow this steps to set post summary on your blog post

    • Goto Blog Designer Plugin layout setting.
    • Click on Post Content Settings.
    • Now, find “For each Article in a Feed, Show” option at the top of the section.
    • Click on “Summary” button and then set post content length from the below option “Post Content Length” option.

Let me know if you have any further query using it.

    Have a nice day.
    Thank you

    Hi,
I am having the same problem. I have checked and rechecked the boxes. I have followed your steps here. I still have the whole blog and not summary showing. Will my sidebar still appear also?

    Thank you
    Mary
