Cannot get Comments box to show up

But then click the “Photo Blog” link on the menu bar. This links to the same Post but the Comments box is gone!

That link opens in a different URL:

Make sure you have comments enabled for https://www.stuartmeade.com/category/blog/

I’m embarrassed to say i’m confused.
I DO have comments enabled at https://www.stuartmeade.com/category/blog/

and I’ve looked for settings to enable comments in the Edit Category page but don’t see any settings regarding comments.

It does show a “Leave a Comment” at the top of the window but does not show the comment box at the bottom unless you click that link. I’d like the box to appear automatically.

check if your /category/blog/ file has a call to comments_template?

like <?php comments_template(); ?>

I’m using Genesis with a Child Theme. Can you help guide me to where I should check for the comments_template?

Ok – I’ve been search the forums to no avail. I STILL can’t get my ‘Leave A Reply/Comment area to show up on my Blog post pages. I have everything checked that I’m supposed to. ARGGGGG – can someone please give me the right answer here? Thanks.
