Cannot get Duplicator to work on URLZoo

    I have installed WordPress plugin Duplicator on my site that is hosted with URLZoo using a shared hosting plan. I am unable to get the Installer.php to get past the point of testing the connection to the host. Support at URLZoo identified three different names to use for the host, so it seems pretty obvious that they have no clue about such matters. I have tried every name that has been suggested by anyone.
    Has anyone succeeded in getting Duplicator to install a package onto a subdomain that is hosted on URLZoo?

    Sounds to me like the host may be blocking something there and I doubt you have access to the error logs from the sound of it. Sadly, the only ones that will be able to give you accurate information is the host.
