    I recently downloaded Backup WD and tried to configure files and DB backup to include three additional folders I wanted backed up.

    I entered each folder with the absolute path and a line break in between, saved the screen. Ran the backup and discovered that the extra folders did not back up.

    Rechecked the screen and all of the extra folder entries had disappeared. I reentered the entries, using the absolute path, after saving they also disappeared. I then tried saving the entries using the http entry in your user guide with the same result.

    I then tried another job, including adding a new job, with the same results.

    I need to backup these directories. Please advise.
