Cannot get into Admin – password emailer not working.

You login here is not the same as your site – unless you coincidentally used the same user info on both places. Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies?

I emptied the cache, but did not do anything. I am not skilled in coding. Are there any other options? Could I be locked out of my admin? If so, can I get my password reset? Maybe I am locked out. Unless this is an issue with my web host?

I am using a temp URL through BlueHost for designublog.com (I was previously on WP.COM and now switching over). Please if you can help I would really appreciate it. THANK YOU!

How did you install WP? Has it ever worked? Have you tried the reset methods in the article above? Have you asked BlueHost?

I installed using Blue Host via Mojo with the one-click installation. Yes it works on my home computer but never on my laptop. I didn’t try other methods listed as I don’t have much coding experience. I tried to ask Blue Host but not much help. I will reach out to them again.

So wait, you can login on one computer but not another? That would be a relevant detail. Have you tried clearing your brower cache and cookies and tried another browser?

I have repeatedly hit the lost password button and entered my email address and have not received a new password. Please help.
