Cannot get into slider gallery on portfolio item

    Hi, I cannot get into the portfolio item slider gallery to add images since I updated your theme. It was working before but now when I press ‘Add/Edit gallery’ it doesn’t take me anywhere. It’s the same on each portfolio item page.

    Hey, I’m assuming you’re using the latest version of wordpress? And are you also using the latest version of virtue/pinnacle toolkit? (2.7)

    Yes, and I updated the toolkit this morning

    Hmm. Could be that your php memory needs to be increased. You can try contacting your host and asking them to increase it.

    suecarroll, that means there is a javascript error in your admin that is blocking the add option. If you have 3.3.7 of the theme then try deactivating plugins.

    I only had one plugin apart from the virtue toolkit and I deactivated it, and all seems to be ok now with the gallery.
