Cannot Get it to activate!

Trying for hours even tried install via cpanel file manager with no luck, purchased from Envato and cannot get purchase key to get support from author. Trying to get support via WP plugin forum. Must say worst experience with plugin so far. why the fast review after one day because its frustrating to purchase software and not be able to get support! Did research and seen few months back was a bug and obviously still is!

I will change depending on support and if I get it activated or refunded! Tired of software writers selling code “as is” and no refunds!

Days later locked out of where I purchased plugin, I have to get get new account activated, I have to set up account for them to trouble shoot in my WP dashboard….

Lots of I/me doing work here for something I purchased. Would be nice to just refund my money and we can move on! Really tired of purchasing programs/software/plugins whatever we label it and coders blame other software. We become the beta testers for them…

Yes Averta and Envanto sent me emails asking me to do all of the above mentioned! This purchase became a job for me!
