Cannot get it to work

I don’t want to leave a negative review, but it simply doesn’t work. Like another support post, I either get the InstaWP white-screen-of-inactivity “Creating a Staging Site”, or it looks like the task completed after an hour of creating the staging site but the only thing that shows up in the InstaWP Sites is:

…NOT the site I cloned! What am I missing here???
