Cannot get it to work for Post Title

hello,
i have specifically installed this to allow visitors to fill out a contact form that fills in the subject based upon the Post title.
i have added the following to the contact form:
[dynamictext dynamicname “CF7_get_post_var key=’title’”]
however seems to do nothing – the rest of the form with the usual fields shows fine.
i believe i have probably missed something simple and would really appreciate some sense knocked into me.

It’s quite stupid actually. The example uses this ’-character + “-character and you need this ‘-character. Yes, there is a difference between them, but hardly to see.
This is the right one:
[dynamictext dynamicname "CF7_get_post_var key='title'"]
