Cannot get it to work on Macbook Pro Laptop!

  • I have a MacBook Pro laptop and the message says that it is optimized for desktop computers and tablets, and refuses to allow me to set up the simple contact form! I saw that someone had this issue months ago, and it was marked “resolved,” but it’s still a problem. Grrrr!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    The issue you are experiencing is happening because you are not using the browser window with the minimum required width (that is 1024px) or in full screen.

    I recorded a brief screencast here, demonstrating that I’m getting the error message when trying to open the Form Editor while using the browser window under 1024px, and the issue is no longer present once I set my browser tab to full width.

    Could you please try opening the editor while using your browser window at full width (or 1024px at least) and let us know how it goes?
