    Hi @kolmi and @limabrunoo,

Thanks for reaching out and for sharing the error message. I’m so sorry for the trouble here.

Out of curiosity, do you have any cache running for your websites? If yes, does clearing the cache help resolve that console error?

If you are logged into your WordPress site as an Administrator, your UserFeedback survey will appear hidden when you browse your site, but it will load for all of your site visitors without issue.

When testing your survey, please first make sure the survey has been published. Then try logging out of your WordPress site or try visiting your website in an incognito or private browsing window to see your survey in action.

If you continue to run into display issues, or if the console error continues to persist, our team would love to take a closer look at the issue.

Would you be able to reach out to us by:

    1. Visiting our contact page at https://www.userfeedback.com/contact/
    2. Choosing the?I have a basic question option and filling out the form

Once done, we’ll be able to look at things directly and resolve it for you.

    Thank you!

Hello, just a quick update here.

It appears our developers have a fix in the works to resolve that console error. It will be shipped in our next release, though I’m not yet able to say when it come out. Once it does, please try updating UserFeedback to the latest version to apply the fix.

I’m going to mark this thread resolved for now, but should you need further help, please let us know.

    Thank you!
