cannot get Pages to run full width

Hi all… Inexperienced in WordPress.
I have been tasked with emulating a non WP site in WordPress and I cannot get the Page content to run full width and lock to the top of the page.
I also don’t want to show the Page Title in the Pages throughout the site – does anyone know how I achieve both these results.Could someone please help me. Thank you so much.

For the first one, you need to check for the options available in your theme to use full width. Or I could provide you the custom css to do so.
.content-box>.container>.row>.col-md-8{ width: 100%; }I would refer you to use this article to add custom css:-
