Thats weird. May I ask that you install PHP error log monitor here:

https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/error-log-monitor/

Also, make sure that there are no spaces at the beginning and end of the inputs.

I double checked for the white spaces and I installed the error log monitor (did the optin and email confirmation)

I went back to the Platy syncer SETUP API to try again, but I don’t see where I can access the php error log.
