    Hi

Please can you help and let me know if I am doing this right.

I would like to add the file upload box onto certain product pages.

I select the show on product detail page and copy and paste the code into the description. The code just shows up as code.

Please can you let me know how this work.

    Thanks Alex

You don’t need to paste code in description if you want to show on product detail page just select the checkbox show on product detail page.

Popup will automatically be placed on product detail page.

Hello, I have the same problem with @alex246. I install the plugin and select the checkbox “Show on the product details page”, save and simply the plugin does not work.

I tried adding the php code as indicated on the plugin settings page and it still does not work, could it help?

@gmbhurgri Hello again, I managed to make it work, I was testing on my own adm account in Opera, I think it could be the browser or because I was logged in to the root user, I tried the chrome with a clean cache with no login and it appeared to me.

I made a test purchase but the attachment does not appear in the order, what can it be?

Another doubt taking advantage of the contact, how can I do so that the functionality of loading file in a particular product does not appear?

    Thankful.

    Hi @aquilamendes
    Glad it worked for you.
In fact I have wrote an important note fort testing, Admin should not upload file for testing it won’t work, if want to test, use a customer account in a new browser and then upload file with new order.

You should check if file is present in following folder ?
    wp-content/uploads/woo-file-dropzone-uploads

If you are testing with admin account it will not work properly, better use customer account to login and test.

For your other query, No currently there is no way to show dropbox on some products and hide on others.

    Thanks for the feedback @gmbhurgri.

Just another question, I would like to know how to translate the plugin, the site that i will use would be in pt-BR, i usually do the translations when i need it using Loco translate but its plugin does not have a template and does not support the translation, creates the translation template however there are only 3 lines of translations like the name of the plugin your name as author and the site, nothing more.

Could you give me a solution for the translation?

You want to translate admin side settings or user side file upload labels etc ?

    Good Morning, @gmbhurgri

Yes the priority would be translation of the part that is visible to the user on the front end, but if it is possible to perform the translation on the back end inside wp-admin would also be grateful.

    I await your return.

Following are the files in which label specific text is, please open appropriate file and then just CTRL+F find words and write the language you want to in place of English label.

    wp-content\plugins\woo-file-dropzone\views

Okay, i figured that editing directly in the plugin files i could translate, now my fear is: every plugin update i will miss those translations right?

Would there be a similar alternative to Loco Translate translations of not getting lost translated at every update of the plugin?

    Thank you again.

Actually I just recommend you to translate front section. Admin side is already simple and English is recommended on setting section.
