Cannot get Slideshow to work-please help!

I have tried in multiple themes to get this slideshow to work and it just gives a blank white space. I have been reading through all of the threads looking for a solution. I have tried multiple things that have been suggested and it still will not work. I am using the newest version of WordPress and the Slideshow plugin.
