Cannot get star values from custom fields

I cannot get star values ??from custom fields (Star Rating).

Set the New custom fields to Star_Rating, value is 4.
Set(input) the key on the Rating Settings to Star Rating, out focus the cursor, the key(Star_Rating) will disappear.

Is it correct the spec?

And I want to output the value when displaying the list of posts using a query loop.
If I can get the value from the custom field, can I display the rating value even in the query loop?
