Cannot get this plugin to appear?

The plugin is tested with the official WordPress themes, such as:

Twenty Thirteen
Twenty Fourteen
Twenty Fifteen
Twenty Sixteen

Please, check the plugin using one of these themes. If still nothing appears, check the plugin’s settings again: the bar will appear if at least one contact or social link is set, and if the Show/Hide Bar checkbox is checked.
