Cannot get to the login page of site

I found some help but I have done all of the steps listed and I still can’t get to my WordPress login page. This is not a site I built but have been asked to help with and we can’t get into the login page after a hosting company changed the url name for us (at our request).
URL is https://www.themanepost.com and WordPress page should be https://www.themanepost.com. I have check database and both siteurl and home are set to https://themanepost.com. If I change them to anything different I don’t even get the site. Please help so I can get them the ability to add articles back. This is a high school newspaper and they are falling behind on posting. I need help desperately!!
