Cannot get wildcard to work

I cannot get a custom HTML widget to display when using a wildcard on Target by URL.
These work and the widget displays:
category/human-resources/
https://intranet.hospicealliance.org/category/human-resources/These do not work and the widget does not display:
category/human-resources/*
https://intranet.hospicealliance.org/category/human-resources/*The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
