Cannot go to Control panel home page after update

    When I login to the wordpress back end page. It show time out. When I use other way to go to the back end page except the home page of the back end, it work fine.

    When I turn off the Download-monitor plug in, it all work fine. However, once I turn on the plug-in, the back end home page cannot load and time out.

    Is that any way to downgrade my download-monitor plug-in to avoid this matter?
