Cannot Hide Featured Image in Event Posts

Have you tried with “Hide featured image from event details page” option enabled?

I do not have a hide featured image option on my event details page.

Similarly, I have tried to install a third party plugin to hide the featured image, but it does not work. When I install the plugin and mark the image to be hidden, the featured image still shows on the event page.

I tried this CSS which you suggested several months ago, and it hides the featured image but it also hides every other image that I’ve placed into the event description.

.single-ai1ec_event .has-post-thumbnail IMG {display: none;}

What CSS can I implement that will block the featured image and ONLY the featured image?

The option is located in plugin settings, Dashboard > Events > Settings > Viewing Events > Hide featured image from event details page.

Look, I have already tried this obvious solution and it does not work. Are you even reading this thread?

I have a paid version of your plugin and I am getting extremely frustrated with this level of support (where I have to post and wait a day or two to get a suggestion that is not remotely near a solution to the problem I have described).

I need a solution, not more suggestions of settings that could be changed or things I’ve already tried.

Your WP theme adds the above featured image, not our plugin, so this is not our issue. I can create CSS code with which you can hide the image, but I see that in the meantime you have managed to remove the above image, I only see the image right next to text.

Yes, the theme developed helped me solve this issue this morning.
