I am having a bit of a problem. First of all, the plug-in works great! It was easy to install, set-up, and use. It is a great plug-in, however the issue I am having I think is actually embedded in the theme that I have been using.

When I choose to hide the menu navigation in my theme, it displays a short-cut for every page that I have on my website in the navigational menu instead. I thought by unchecking the “Navigational Menu” it would disappear, but it only messed things up.

I have been trying to hide the menu, especially from the mobile end of it, and have had no luck. I know very little about CSS editing and I don’t want to mess things up. Could someone please tell me how I can hide the themed menu so I can use the ShiftNav instead? Thank you in advance for any help that I can get….

I resolved the issue! I just had to find the name of the menu in my theme. I did so by opening my website on the laptop and right-clicked “inspect element” There I found the name of the menu. Inserted it in the setting and the old navigation bar disappeared!

    I apologize for the post….

Hi there, I am having the same issue. Could you please go into more detail as to how you fixed the issue?

    Thanks
    Chris
