Cannot hide update message

    “Your Advanced Responsive Video Embedder plugin was updated to version 6.0. Some things changed, please see migration guide for details.”

    Woo hoo! But can I hide this message. It’s on my home page and the plugin page and there is no proper way of permanently disabling it. Sure I can uncheck it via the options at the top, but can’t we just get an X to hide it?

    With homepage you refer to the WordPress Dashboard. You can hide entire widgets by clicking “screen options” on top and then unchecking the widgets you want to be hidden.

    You could also the little arrow to jsut collapse a the ARVE widget. The messages on the settings page can not be remove on purpose.
