Cannot import Excel spreadsheet

    Hi there,

    We are unable to import the Excel spreadsheet, created with all the necessary columns.

    Not even your sample file works, see https://gofile.io/d/jtertr

    The following message keeps on appearing, when attempting to upload the Excel file:
    Invalid File:Please Upload Excel File

    Please assist.

    Can you try load on a different browser?
    also make sure ZipArchive library is enabled on your server.

    Hi @taz_bambu,

    We have tried multiple browsers and enabled ZipArchive library, but it’s still not working.

    As mentioned, we even tried to use your example Excel (xlsx) file, but it also didn’t work.

    Disabling the plugins and using a default theme also doesn’t work.

    Note sure what else we need to try?

    this is your server issue, we do not experience such an issue with other clients. But it is something we cannot solve. You need to change browser – delete cache, try with another excel file, test your excel file is correct ( no macros , empty cells etc) and try – also try from another computer – if it does not work then it is your configuration, but we do not know the issue as it as real rare case.
