cannot import or add new table on tablepress

    hi, this is my problem
    i cannot add new table or import file for tablepress.
    if i use user admin1 i can add table, but while i use second user admin i cannot add new table or import, even to enter the page,
    by the way, 2 user admin role is administrator. my problem that sentences “means you cannot access the page”.
    and another one, i just edit php version to 0(zero) but im still cannot to see tablepress on side menu.
    please, help me for my problem. thanks before

    This indicates that something is broken with the user access capabilities. If possible, I’d like to take a direct look at this on your site.
