    Hello, I am not being able to import products in the woocommerce plugin since yesterday. I have been doing this for a long time at least 2 – 3 times a week to bulk edit product information, prices, stock, etc.

    Suddenly since yesterday everytime I try to import it just gets stock and it imports just some of the info, not all of it.

    Has anyone any idea as to why this is happening?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Please could you clarify if you are using the core WooCommerce CSV import function at Products → All Products → Import? If so, please could you ensure that you are following each step correctly, as seen in this guide.

    If you are indeed following the steps correctly, it’s possible that the CSV import maximum size value could be causing this. Please navigate to the product import page in order to see what the current value is set to, as seen in the screenshot below:

    Here?is more detailed information on increasing the maximum size.

    Additionally, please check that the formatting matches what’s expected in this link.

    Hello! thanks so much for the reply, but those are not the reasons, I have been bulk updating productos via this csv file in woocmmerce for a long time and i have never had this problem. The issue started 2 days ago and I still cannot upload any file, i have tried even updating 1 producto line in the csv file as a test and its not working :/

    It just gets stuck

    Please share the CSV file you are trying to import so that we can take a closer look on our end, as well as your status report found under WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
