    HI,

I have the plugin installed, and I can see the catalog as a data source in FB. In the Connection tab (WP) the catalog matches and everything seems connected. But in FB the Feed Type is Manual and I cannot push any products from Woo to FB. I have re-done this 3 times and I must be missing something.

Also, does this still work with the new “Checkout at FB” mandate?

    Thanks for the help!

I just read the Pinned Topic in the thread. So importing product from WOO to FB is not going to work. How can we get our products uploads to FB without add each one manually?

    Thanks.

    Hello webusat,

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

May I ask which pinned topic you are talking about?
    Clarification would be helpful.

You can sync the product at WooCommerce with Facebook.
Here is a detailed guide about the process.
It is an automated process and you do not need to add each product manually.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us again if you have more questions or concerns.
I am here to help ??

Hi and thanks for the reply!

This is the topic I am referring to: Incompatibility with Checkout on Facebook & Instagram (US only)

I installed the plugin and followed the directions but nothing synced. I ended up exporting the product CSV and made the necessary changes and uploaded it directly to FB. Since the plugin is not compatible per the note “Please note that Facebook for WooCommerce is currently not compatible with Checkout on Facebook & Instagram.” I will just delete it.

Thanks again for the follow up!

    Stan

    Hey, @webusat!

    Thanks for clarifying!

Please note that while WooCommerce is currently not compatible with Checkout on Facebook & Instagram on the US, it can still be used for pixel integration and Facebook Ads to promote product catalogs across Meta platforms?without any concerns.

So, if you wanted to use the plugin for those other reasons, we would be happy to continue help you in solving any issues you had ?? Just let us know!

    Have a wonderful day!
