Cannot Install

    Cannot install: here is the message I get when I try to upload through WordPress site:
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the plugin…

    Could not create directory. /usr/www/users/allanhab/wp-content/plugins/quttera-web-malware-scanner/

    Plugin install failed.

    I spoke with my hosting company and they could install on a test wordpress site easily – my permissions are set correctly – they found no reason that it would not install. Is there any known conflicts with other plugins – deactivated a few but that did not work either.

    Please help.

    I actually cannot install any of the anti-hacking / malware scanning plugins. Why would that be? The server says it is not them – that my permissions are fine. I installed other plugins after trying these and they installed just fine.
