cannot install anything

Hi all,

My sister asked me to help her set up her website, and after some difficulty getting it going, I got it up and running and was able to do most of what she asked me to, but I can’t install anything. This means that I can’t update, whether that be WordPress, plugins, or themes, as well as not being able to install plugins. The error I get is as follows:

Could not create directory.: /hermes/bosnacweb05/bosnacweb05ck/b20/dom.username/wp_site_1705282727/wp-content/upgrade/wordpress-6.4.2-new-bundled
Installation failed.

I’ve changed the username here to obscure it, but otherwise this is the error.
