Cannot install plugin

Simply placing this plugins into my plugins folder results in the following error for virtually everything I click in my WordPress dashboard:
Fatal error: Invalid opcode 153/1/8. in /home/zoohunt/public_html/wp-content/plugins/eventbrite-services/keyring/keyring.php on line 97
