Cannot install themes, plugins

  • Hello,
    Since 3 days i search on this forum for help but nothing lost this problem.
    I cannot install themes, if i upload via wordpress then i get this error:
    missing a temporary folder
    I tried to upload via filezilla: public_html/wp-content/themes. Then i get this: https://makefastmoneyathome.com/ Thats not my exactly theme. But the background work. I tried to upload header images but got same error.
    Same for plugins but other error: Unable to locate WordPress Content directory (wp-content).
    I tried to contact my host but he is dead for reply.
